If you haven't received the sign-in email:

  • Wait a few minutes - emails can sometimes be delayed
  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you find the message here, move it to your Inbox. Then click the link.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Add our domain (atulocare.com) to your email whitelist or safe sender's list
  • Try requesting a new sign-in link

If you still don't receive it, please contact support.

If you received an error after clicking the email link, please check the following:

  • Same browser: Ensure the link is opened up in the same browser as you used to enter your email.
  • Not in private mode: Ensure that browser is not in INCOGNITO or PRIVATE mode
  • Time limit: Ensure that the link in the email was clicked within 60 seconds of submitting your email.

If you're still experiencing issues after checking these requirements, try requesting a new sign-in link and follow all steps in the same browser session without private browsing enabled.

Sign-in links expire for security reasons. If your link has expired:

  • Go back to the sign-in page
  • Enter your email address again
  • Click "Sign in with your email" to request a new link
  • Check your email for the new sign-in link
  • Use the new link within the 60 second time limit. Links will expire after 60 seconds

What if this is my first time logging in?

  • Simply enter your email address in the sign-in form
  • You'll receive an email with a link to continue setting up your profile
  • Click the link in the email to complete your account setup
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to finish your registration

The system will automatically detect if you're a new user and guide you through the setup process.
